The intention is to continually improve occupational health & safety performance through the use of a documented management system.
Rolak (Pvt) Ltd., was established in 2009, and the core business was the import and distribution of all types of Fire Detection, Fire Prevention, and Fire Fighting equipment. We subsequently expanded the line of business by introducing servicing, refilling and maintenance of firefighting equipment, and designing, installing and the maintenance of fire detection and fire prevention systems.
We carry extensive stocks of all fire prevention, detection and firefighting equipment from established suppliers, and all our products are approved by the Fire Services Department, Colombo. We have a fully equipped workshop and carry adequate stocks of firefighting chemicals, to enable us to carry out our own servicing and re-filling programs for all types of portable fire extinguishers, other than the re-filling of CO2 cylinders. This too will come under our operation as we envisage opening our own CO2 producing and re-filling plant early next year. We have a number of Garment Industries within our clientele, as well as Hotels and Factories in the private sector.
